my 6 year old littlle man is been sick with gastroenteritis + fever since yesterday :-) ....please pray for him :-).

The fence !!

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the fence. The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily, gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.  Finally the day came when the boy didn’t lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper. The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone.  The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said “you have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one.” You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won’t matter how many times you say I’m sorry, the wound is still there. Make sure you control your temper the next time you are tempted to say something you will regret later.  - Author Unknown

Here is the recipe for the funnel cake so you can try it :) it is very easy to make and yummy ! just don't think in the flour the sugar and the oil :). 3 cups of flour 2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of salt Mixed this three ingredients together and set aside. 3 eggs 2 cups of milk 1/2 cup sugar (white ) Cream together and add to dry ingredients mix all ingredients together until you get a pancake batter mixture You will need a vegetable oil and a metal ring to make the shape of course powder sugar to sprinkle on top.....

Do you ever have pleasantly surprising school days? We are having one today, and boy was it needed!! I really needed some time to catch some things up this morning, so last night I printed up some worksheets on dictionary skills, math puzzles, etc. and we made a game day of them. The kids have had a blast,and their brains have definitely been stretched. We've all had a nice change of pace and have a better outlook on school in general. WHOO HOO!! What are some of your tricks for mixing things up at your school??

 Amanda " conoci a Amanda en una tienda de comida hace unos dias atras ..al verme entrar ala tienda eimediatamente me abordo para saludarme despues de unos minutos de platica intento darme una invitacion para asistir asu iglesia a una cena de mujeres Que tendran este sabado por la noche y en la cual ella estara hablando alas mujeres me hablo de la Biblia la cual parece conocer Muy bien, sus palabras eran acertadas y profundas yo la escuche hasta que  hizo un pare y entonces fue mi turno pero el mio fue solo de preguntas despues de unos min entramos en mas confianza  ella me cayo Muy bien y al parecer yo a ella tambien fue por eso que por primera vez tarde mas de 15 min. hablando con alguien Que intenta darme un Invitacion y tambien fue por eso Que Amanda ante tantas preguntas de mi parte empezo a soltar la cuerda que traia amarrada en Su corazon y entonces la situacion se volteo y era yo ahora haciendo la invitacion a aceptar un Salvador. ha! ironico Verdad ? pero suele  suceder ! Amanda no Puedes sentarte frente a un grupo de mujeres a hablarles del gozo si tu no tienes gozo ! no Puedes hablarles del Perdon si tu no has perdonado ! no Puedes  hablarles  del amor  si tu no amas de corazon !  tampoco de la rebeldia de sus hijos si los tuyos estan en ella! ni  de los celos si en ti existen ! mucho menos de Dios si no le conoces en Verdad !! fueron algunas de las palabras Que saieron de mi boca despues de mi platica con ella ;Ella rehuso la invitacion por que segun ella solo nesecita pedir Perdon y reconciliarse con el Señor. tal vez si ! tal vez no ! eso es algo Que solo ella  y el Señor conocen ) Esta mañana recibi Su llamada y un poco apenada me dio las Gracias y se disculpulpo sus palabras ya no sonaban tan lujosas mas bien sencillas .(  me dijo estoy lista para mi cena este sabado :-) insistio en Que aceptara la invitacion ! pero le dije no Gracias.( ala vez fue un reto para mi conocer esta mujer  " no mire orgullo solo una mujer humilde aceptando Su necesidad "

this morning marks our first birthday this month our beautiful Isabella Mia has turned 3 Today   !!  we can't ask for more.. God is been so good to us letting us have her as  part of the family we are so Thankful for her she's a such a blessing to us . !! Happy Birthday sweetie we love you !!
